very good overall
its a little hard to get on, but very supportive once it's on. i ran 10 miles in it and there wasn't any chafing.

The best sports bra I've worn!
I've tried several different sports bras and this is the best by far. It offers support without looking like you only have one elongated breast. I even wear it sometimes with casual wear when I am not working out. I am a 34DD and would not buy any other sports bra.

Great Support Bra
Great support. Iam a 36c and run marathons. No chaffing, but I always use body glide. Support is great, it does however wear out quickly. I get a new one about every three months, but worth it while it works.

Usin it for last 6 months
I bought this product to block any disturbance
to my apartment people when I use my wii fit.

This product is great in doing that. I also occasionally
go out to fields for Yoga. This mat is long and wide enough
to make me do some stretch exercises without going off the mat.

Its thick enough to protect you from any dew or wetness the field may have
if you are using in outdoors.

Actually long enough for me!
I purchased this product in hopes of getting some extra length since I'm 6'2" and got exactly that! The extra thickness also helps when some of my yoga classes are at a center with vinyl flooring. I'm now searching for a yoga bag that will accommodate the extra length!

way better than expected
I do martial arts and was wearing my pants from that art for my yoga classes. I thought that this product would be similar, but was greatly surprised to find these pants fit so well and move with my every move without binding at the knees. It has allowed me to move much more fluidly through my yoga positions. I need to get more of these!

Great DVD!
The yoga set is great, the dancing is fun, and the music is superb! I highly recommend this DVD. Sat Naam!

Pure fun
I've been doing tradition yoga on and off for 25 years. I was bored with it and bored with the treadmill. This workout has several options and each is fun, energizing, empowering, challenging, and relaxing. For those not familliar with this style, it is like a mix of traditional yoga poses, pilates, meditation and primal sensual dance. I feel happy, centered and glowing when finished. When I put it aside for a while and go back to my usual workout routine, my body is both sore and happy. This tells me that this practice is reaching areas that do need routine practice to stay in form.

The misc is wonderful. Literally just hearing the perky music at the intro immediately puts a smile on my face. I really love the singing mantra at the end and sometimes replay just for that part.

My 14 year old daughter does this with me sometimes. Initially she was intimidated my the hip rolling and flowing dance movements and mantras, but now she is able to be completely absorbed in her own experience and let go of self consciousness. Mission accomplished!

The only drawback is that there is something in this workout which leaves us both with some lower back soreness for a couple of days. Neither of us have back issues, but if you do just be careful.

You'll break a sweat!
This was wonderful! I have almost all of their DVDs and this one is my favorite! I sweat more to this one than I do to the Fat Free Yoga DVD, so if you're looking to drop some weight this one works great!

There isn't a lot of breaks between dances like there is in the other DVDs, but there is in the warmups.

I highly recommend this one!

soo nice
these are great. so comfortable and fit perfectly at the waist. they are not too low or too high. i agree with the other reviewer about the gathering at the bottom--i could do without it. but it doesn't make them any less comfortable or great to use.

Beyond Comfortable
I LOVE all beyond yoga leggings, pants, and sports tanks. I don't know where they get their fabric from but it is the most super soft comfortable stuff I've ever worn. It wicks the sweat away from my body during my long and hard workouts and holds up in the wash. No fading, and no shrinking. I get support and comfort, . . what more cold I ask for? I bought a bunch of these gathered legging in different colors because they were on sale. I do have to say that if your short like me that they are not as flattering. I would of prefered that they were not gathered but overal they are nice leggings. They'll be great come winter time for my outdoor runs in the morning.

poor elasticity, only for walking
The bra has loosened after one wearing and doesn't really provide good support. I didn't realize this from the product description, but it is only for "walking" or light activities. Not for someone w/ more than a b cup.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it was as expected a nice quality item. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so we had to return it. Nice item.

Don't Fear the 'Bad Smell' Reviews - Great Mat at a Great Price!
THE QUICK SUMMARY: 1) Rinse it off and air it out for at least 48 hours OUTSIDE and you're good to bring it to class. Smell totally goes away within a week. 2) It gets stickier after a few uses - no slipping now for me, despite slipping on first two uses. Overall, excellent bang for your buck. THE LONG SUMMARY: I was a little worried about the 'smell' comments from other customers, but after a lot of comparison shopping I decided this was going to be the best mat for my buck.

I was right. Now, I will admit that when it arrived it had a considerable chemical, almost chlorine-like odor. Having read the reviews, I immediately washed it in my bathtub in about 2 inches of warm water, having mixed in one tablespoon of dish soap first. I swished it around, drained the water and rinsed it off. It got pretty saturated with water but no worries there. Then I put it on my patio hung over a chair with a towel underneath and let it air dry for 48 hours. It still had a slight smell, but after only two uses the smell is completely gone.

As for stickiness, at first my hands where slipping a bit, but after just two uses I had 'seasoned' it enough that it is now just fine. I'm told it will get stickier the more I use it. Overall, an excellent mat and a considerable deal for your money. It is nice and thick. I recommend buying a yoga mat bag - which I didn't do at first. You don't need an expensive one ($10-$20 is fine) - just read the customer reviews before buying. The bag will keep it clean and tightly rolled, plus it is easier to carry and doesn't unroll in my car now. Oh - and this mat is really pretty!

Great mat!
I have really enjoyed using this mat for my yoga workouts. Its very thick yet isn't uncomfortable. Seems to be good quality.

Good value, looks good
I like using this yoga mat; it's a pretty color and design, has a firm, somewhat sticky surface that is excellent for standing poses and also is thick enough to cushion knees and elbows. I find the standard length and width o.k. for my practice, but some might want to purchase one of the larger ones offered.

I think the material should stand up better than some of the softer mats I've used. It's one of the less expensive mats on this site, but is listed for more on the manufacturer's site. Overall, I think this is an excellent, reasonably priced mat for both beginners and more advanced yoga students.

pranayama bolsters
Lovely if you need VERY narrow bolsters but not appropriate for relaxation and meditation poses in which you must lay on them.

multipurpose, good value
I mostly use this bolster as support when I do straight legged stretches on the floor. I place the bolster lengthwise on my straight leg or legs and after a flat backed stretch over my leg, I allow my upper body to rest on the bolster, nicely supported and without strain. I use it as a bolster under my hips for staff pose since my hamstrings are tight and it allows me to bend deeper and differently than without. I also lie on my belly with the bolster under my hips and use it as an assist for bow pose and that works great and feels wonderful.

As good as the wider bolsters
This bolster is less expensive than some other brands, probably because it is not as wide, but still works great with a nice firm filling. I use it vertically, lying face-up with my upper body on the bolster and letting my shoulders relax downward, to open up my chest and counteract the slouching I do all day. It instantly relaxes the body.

Absolutely Great!
I love these leggings. I am very picky about the feel and fit of my workout clothes. These have both a great fit and feel, plus they are comfortable and look great to wear anytime! I originally bought 2 pair, my mother bought 1 pair and I am planning on buying more!!

lightweight and not built well
I have worn these about 4-5 times and there is a hole in one seam already. I'm not impressed.

Love these capri tights!
I LOVE these capri tights! So comfortable! Machine washable. You're supposed to hang them to dry, but I dried them in the machine on low and they were fine, no major shrinkage. I need to order a couple more pairs! They're GREAT!
